We build theintelligence layerfor creative production.

NFxAI Ventures is a research-and-build studio. We make the software that sits between an idea and the thing itself — and we make it for ourselves first.

The Idea — The Idea — The Idea — The Idea — The Idea — The Idea —
01

The gap
is the product

Between deciding to build something and putting it in front of people sits a wall of undifferentiated work — packaging, submission, translation, feedback, release notes. None of it is the idea. All of it is the cost. We build against that gap.

02

Intelligence
as infrastructure

Models are not a feature to bolt onto a product. They are a new kind of substrate — something that can hold context, carry intent, and absorb the parts of creative production that were never creative to begin with.

03

Leverage for
the few

The interesting work increasingly happens in very small groups. Our bet is that one or two people, with the right layer underneath them, can now produce what used to take a floor of them.

Software should collapse the distance between an idea and the thing itself.

What we've shipped

Each one started as something we needed and could not buy. They are listed here as evidence, not as a catalogue.

NFxAI Ventures

NFxAI Ventures is small on purpose. We fund our own work, ship under our own name, and answer to the problem rather than to a roadmap.

Everything we run started as an internal tool — something we needed, couldn't buy, and got tired of working around. That is still the only test a product has to pass before it leaves the building.

See the principles

How we work

Four rules we keep coming back to. They are less a manifesto than a record of what has actually held up.

We would rather build one tool that removes an entire category of work than ten features that decorate it.

Tools, not platforms

We ship things you can run, not places you have to live.

02

Local-first

Your data stays on your machine unless there is a reason it cannot.

03

Small on purpose

No outside capital, no headcount targets.

04

Ship, then talk. We would rather release a working tool quietly than announce a roadmap loudly — every product we run had users before it had a landing page.

Questions we
keep getting

Not here. This site exists to explain what we are building and why. The products have their own homes, with their own docs and their own pricing. This page is just the thinking behind them.

Creative production is everything between having an idea and putting it in front of people: packaging it, submitting it, translating it, documenting it, listening to what comes back. Most of that work is necessary and none of it is the idea. The intelligence layer is the software that absorbs it — context-aware enough to do the work rather than just organize it.

Six things so far: AppGram, Airgap, Highlight Studio, QuackScreen, CarpalCare and Syncra — screen recording, product feedback, offline document search, and hand therapy. They are listed above as evidence rather than as a catalogue; each has its own site where the detail lives.

No. We build and run our own products. We are not an agency, we do not take briefs, and we are not looking for a pipeline. Occasionally we partner with people building something adjacent, but that starts as a conversation, not a contract.

We build what we needed and could not buy. If a problem shows up three separate times in our own work, it becomes a candidate. If the internal version does not survive our own daily use, it never leaves the building.

Because the thesis only works if we are the proof of it. If one or two people with the right layer underneath them can produce what used to take a floor of people, the honest way to argue that is to run the company that way.
